From food processing to chemical manufacturing, our evaporators are engineered to the specific demands of each industry we serve.
We don't just build evaporators — we engineer long-term solutions backed by deep process knowledge and unmatched after-sales commitment.
Every unit is designed from scratch to your feed characteristics, required concentration, throughput, and utility constraints. No off-the-shelf compromises.
Our multi-effect and MVR systems reduce steam and power consumption by up to 80%, delivering measurable ROI within 18–24 months for most installations.
From process design and fabrication to installation, commissioning, operator training, and annual maintenance contracts — we manage the entire lifecycle.
ISO 9001:2015 certified. All pressure vessels are IBR/ASME code compliant. We supply Material Test Reports, WPS/PQR, and NDT documentation as standard.
50+ engineers, fabricators, and process specialists. Our team has collective expertise across chemical, mechanical, and instrumentation engineering.
24/7 helpline with guaranteed 48-hour on-site response for critical breakdowns. Spare parts stocked for all major models. AMC plans with SLA guarantees.
A rigorously engineered, five-stage evaporation process that maximises energy recovery at every step.

Plain-language technical guides by our process engineers — from evaporation basics to MVR and ZLD system design.
How a single-effect evaporator works and why steam economy is limited to a 1:1 ratio.
How additional effects progressively reduce steam consumption — and the practical limits on how many effects you can use.
How an electric compressor recycles all secondary vapor — achieving steam economies of 30–60 kg evaporated per kg of live steam.
Why evaporation outperforms RO for industrial effluents above 35,000 mg/L TDS — and what that means for ZLD system design.
An evaporator concentrates a liquid by removing water while keeping it pumpable; a dryer (like an ATFD) takes that concentrate further, to a dry solid. Most ZLD trains use both in sequence.
Typically 8–28 weeks depending on system type and capacity — falling film units are fastest (8–14 weeks), full ZLD systems take longest (16–28 weeks) due to the additional process stages.
KWS handles the full lifecycle in-house — process design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, operator training, and ongoing AMC support. Civil and piping work is included where required.
